It's Easter!
While I love the egg hunts, baskets full of treats, and colored eggs, I hope that you all take time to remember why we celebrate.
JESUS.
He is the reason. He is gave his life, suffered a cruel death, forgave those who killed him, and rose again all so that WE could live with HIM in Heaven one day. I don't know about you, but I'm beyond grateful for this! There's no way I could ever repay Him, and the best thing is - I don't have to! I gave Him my life, and that's all He asks.
This is a song that I have really been loving lately by Casting Crowns. Its a remake, but I really like this version. The words are perfect, and they get me really excited for that Glorious Day!
